  • Fixed fee of $2,200* inc GST when you are selling a standard residential property within Metropolitan Sydney*. This fee covers the following inclusions:
  • Our professional costs of contract preparation and review, contract negotiations, reviewing and responding to requisitions, attending to signing transfer, liaising with mortgagee (if applicable), preparation for settlement; etc.
  • Disbursements are additional: Searches & Dealings: Title search or common property search, Council zoning (S149(2)(5) Certificate), Deposited plan, Drainage diagram, ECOS – contract for sale of land pages, 1 x LPI Dealing Search, S47 Land Tax Certificate. PEXA fees.
  • On the other hand our fixed fee comes with the following exclusions: Any additional dealing noted on title such as caveats, covenants, easements, etc. Additional fees apply to properties located in other NSW regions.

Buying Fees Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Our fixed fee of $2,200* plus GST applies to any standard residential purchase located within Metropolitan Sydney. Therefore, it has the following inclusions:
  • Our professional costs of reviewing contract and negotiating terms of contract, attending to searches and enquiries, liaising with your mortgagee (if applicable), attending to stamp duty requirements, drafting transfer, preparation for settlement, etc.
  • Disbursements are additional: Searches & Stamp Duty: S603 Certificate, Sydney Water, OSR stamping, S47 Land Tax Certificate, Title Search. PEXA fees.
  • However certain items incur additional costs, therefore are exclusions of our fixed fee, which are the following: Pre-inspection reports such as building, pest and strata reports (We can organise these for you). Investigating the title of the property done by ordering Government enquiries.

*Please note that additional disbursements will be incurred if a property is without a mortgage (i.e. registration fees) or for a property being sold or purchased in other NSW regions or property with multiple dealings on title. Matters that are outside the scope of our standard fixed fee conveyancing are charged in accordance with our Costs Disclosure Statement.

Above all, always make sure you check what is included in a fixed fee conveyancing quote. And don’t be misled by a very low cost quote for conveyancing services: if you check the fine print, you’ll often find you will then be charged extra for each and every email or phone call the conveyancer makes, which will quickly add up. We do not charge for incidentals, our prices are transparent.
