The principal of Seed Legal Pty Ltd (ABN 24 137 125 583) is Shaneel Mudaliar. He has worked both in an in-house capacity for an Australian general insurer as well as in specialist private practice both overseas and in Australia.

Shaneel has acted on infrastructure projects, project financing, energy projects, capital raising and debt financing transactions. Moreover he has assisted financial services providers with their business structures and regulatory compliance. Funds Management (Managed Investment Schemes) and Derivatives trading are his key areas of financial services practice.

In addition, he has assisted numerous technology startups and online multiple vendor technology platforms plus family offices with their estate planning and asset protection and management strategies.

He looks at more than just the legal issues at hand and gets to know your business, your people, aims and challenges. One of his key strengths is to build a long term relationship with clients as their trusted advisor.
