NOTARIAL CERTIFICATES - COMPANY

  • For instance, Preparing Notarial Certificate certifying and verifying execution of a document by authorised representative of a company.
  • E.g. Confirming ASIC generated search, company registration and company of Good Standing.
  • E.g. Confirming execution of Power of Attorney, Trademark registration, foreign company or branch registration and other legally binding documents for overseas use.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

$33000per document
  • E.g. Notarial Act in Public Form as to Domicile, Execution of Power of Attorney, Electronically Downloaded Court Order, and Annexing and Authenticating Document.
  • E.g. Special Declarations for purposes of use by a Foreign Government.
  • E.g. Apostille Certificate & Authentication Certificate Services, and Consulate or Embassy Legalisation Services (per document, excluding government filing fees and Embassy/Consulate fees).

Please note that all other outlays and out of pocket expenses to be added to above scales. In most cases, we offer a discount in respect of multiple non-commercial documents to assist pensioners, students, families and other worthy applicants. It may be appropriate in some situations to apply the hourly scale particularly when certificates have not been prepared by the notary.
