A Intellectual Property Licence Agreement is between the owner of the intellectual property rights and another party who is authorised to use these rights. This version of the licence agreement contains matters relating to Background IP, Third Party IP, Licensed IP and Created IP on making Improvements. Upon creation of IP using the Licensed Ip or Third Party IP, the IP vests in the Licensor. More suited for Licensors, Investors or Venture Capitalists intending to maintain control of the IP’s. Licensing is a great way of commercialising intellectual property (IP) rights.
